Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within **2–4 business days** before shipping. During holidays, sales, or high-volume drops, processing may take a little longer.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has started processing.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes **5–8 business days** after your order has been processed.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
First, check with your neighbors, household members, apartment office, or local post office. If the package still cannot be found, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, Dating Is Trash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have **14 days from delivery** to request a return for **store credit only**.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We currently offer **store credit only** for eligible returns.
What if my item has a defect?
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within **14 days of delivery** with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the sizing error was made on your end, you may return the item for store credit if it qualifies under our return policy. You are responsible for return shipping.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order.
Sizing & Products
How do the shirts fit?
Most of our tees have a unisex fit unless stated otherwise in the product description. For a more fitted look, size down. For an oversized or relaxed look, size up.
So you have a size chart?
Yes. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Don’t guess, sis. Measure if you have to.
Will the shirt look exactly like the mockup?
Product photos are created to show the overall look and vibe of the design. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and garment color.
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your tee looking good:
Wash inside out with cold water.
Use mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the design.

What is Dating Is Trash?
Dating Is Trash is a bold statement tee brand for women who are done explaining, done settling, and done acting like these red flags ain’t red.
We make shirts for heartbreak survivors, petty recoveries, healed women, and anybody who has a story, standards, and a mouth.
Are the designs meant to be serious or funny?
Both. That’s the point.
Some designs are petty. Some are healing. Some are hilarious. Some are “girl, I lived that.” Wear what speaks for you.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs unless stated during a special promotion or drop.

Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards and other available Shopify payment options.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it after I order?
Discount codes must be used at checkout. We cannot apply a discount after an order has been placed.
