At Dating Is Trash, We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. Each item is made with care, attitude, and intention. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
• In its original condition

Once your return is approved and received, you will be issued store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or there is an issue with the print or product quality, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed to be a defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Customer Errors

Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

If the return is due to a customer error, including but not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Choosing the wrong color
• Entering the wrong shipping address
• Changing your mind after receiving the item

You may return the item for store credit only, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent due to our error.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Sale, clearance, limited-edition, and custom items may be considered final sale.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your name
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is defective or damaged

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
