Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Time frame

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Dating Is Trash is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Dating Is Trash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, apartment office, or building management.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will replace the item.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
